Cancellation:

We will of course endeavour to re-sell cancelled rooms, but should we be unsuccessful, the guest will be liable to pay the following portion of the price, irrespective of the point in time or the reason for the withdrawal:

• 80% for overnight with breakfast and
• 70% for overnight with half-board.

To cover the loss suffered by incidental cancellation fees we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which we could gladly arrange for you. Only reservations which are confirmed in writing by both parties will be considered binding.

We accept cash as well as „EC-Karte” (electronic cash) to settle hotel invoices, but no credit cards.

Should miscellaneous arrangements have to be omitted from our programme due to organisational or ulterior reasons (e.g. weather, force majeure, etc.), we request your understanding, that we won't be able to recompensate such services.

We are unable to refund meals which are not taken. Between Mondays and Thursday we grant our guests signed up for the half-board option an abatement of 4,–€ , if they order à la carte at the Palmengarten Restaurant.

We only allow dogs by prior arrangement in our restaurant and hotel bar, and never for breakfast or dinner. Cleaning charges from 7,– € per day (excluding food) will apply.

Visitor's Tax

• Visitor's tax / Sauerland Card
  All prices exclude visitor's tax levied by the municipality of Willingen
  (currently € 1,80 per day/person)

• For that you receive a visitor's card / Sauerland Card with numerous benefits, discounted entrance fees as well as free rides on public buses in Sauerland

Arrival & Departure

• On arrival day the rooms are available from 15:00 on
• On departure day, we request that you please vacate your room by 11:00.
